From todays exit polls, a little more detail on region:
Upper Peninsula: Romney/Santorum 38% each
Northern Michigan: 43-35% Romney
Flint/Saginaw/Midland: 42-27% Romney
Metro Detroit: 43-34% Romney
South Central Michigan: 38-34% Santorum
West Michigan: 48-34% Santorum
And more detail on those who have and have not voted yet:
Those who voted absentee: Romney 42-39% Rep 66, Ind 25, Dem 9
Those who voted today: Santorum 38-30% Rep 43, Ind 38, Dem 19

(40,416 posts)MI is not a winner-take-all state. Delegates are apportioned by congressional district here. Who takes the statewide vote is only relavent to the extent to which a candidate can claim the largest majority of the delegates.
However, the media is likely not to report it that way. But, the media's delusions are not going to help Rmoney get any more delegates.
