Found the link on twittter.
http://conservativeintel.com/2012/02/28/more-numbers-from-michigan-regional-breakdowns/

From today’s exit polls, a little more detail on region:

•Upper Peninsula: Romney/Santorum 38% each
•Northern Michigan: 43-35% Romney
•Flint/Saginaw/Midland: 42-27% Romney
•Metro Detroit: 43-34% Romney
•South Central Michigan: 38-34% Santorum
•West Michigan: 48-34% Santorum
And more detail on those who have and have not voted yet:

•Those who voted absentee: Romney 42-39% – Rep 66, Ind 25, Dem 9
•Those who voted today: Santorum 38-30% – Rep 43, Ind 38, Dem 19

MI is not a winner-take-all state. Delegates are apportioned by congressional district here. Who takes the statewide vote is only relavent to the extent to which a candidate can claim the largest majority of the delegates.

However, the media is likely not to report it that way. But, the media's delusions are not going to help Rmoney get any more delegates.

How is Santorum behind if he apparently only lost the early vote by 3 and is winning todays vote by 8?

That doesn't make any sense at all.
