(Just a side note on the DC shootings) Glad to hear so many positive comments about DC, Southeast.

That's the quadrant where the Navy Yard is located. (DC is arranged in a grid, NW, NE, SW and SE.) Southeast always had a bad rep in the time I lived in the metro area.

Was good to see local officials note the resiliency of SE, despite or in face of this event.
