Government is not always bad. Sometimes tragedy can strike us all. Even as people are rescued from floodwaters and as gas wells are suspected to be leaking into our streams, the Governor has received help from the US Government by having parts of our state declared a "national emergency".

(19,480 posts)Yes, we have some crazy rightwingers in Colorado, but they scarcely typify the state's population. It's absurd to ascribe their attitudes to the majority.
