Sadly, I think he's being for real. Ayn Rand/Ludwig Von Mises fans really ARE a bunch of stupid people who think they're smart.

People like him don't feel they have to couch what they really think in euphemisms like "trickle-down economics" anymore.

He's relishing the restoration of the aristocracy/peon gap that the 20th century diminished for a while.
