So if the states with out medicaid expansion...

So if the states with out medicaid expansion elect a Democratic governor can they expand it? or is there a time limit? if so i see some republican governors falling when poor people come out to vote in droves.

No time limit as far as I know. They can opt in at any time.

They've spent a lot of years trying to take over blue states (i.e. Corbett, PA). You can bet it will be one of Wendy Davis's campaign talking points.

get their heads out of their asses and figure out it will benefit their constituents (who they don't care a whit about).

I live in GA; I know this.

The federal government will still fund the lion's share of each state's Medicaid costs after. Just some truly destructive politics going on down in the land of cotton.

They'll hafta push it through those bodies in order to enact it. That will be tough sledding in many of these states.
