Any "piecemeal" temporary measure by the GOP to "fund the government" until an agreement is reached

should be recognized as what it truly is ...

yet another prime example of Republicans pitting one group against another.

Too bad the "liberally-biased media" doesn't bother to shout this from the rooftops like the Repubs SAY the "lbm" does ...

it will stifle jobs and business investment along with everything else. The GOP is out and out determined to sabotage this Presidency and they don't care who or what it takes.

Is to extend a middle finger, tell them to go fuck themselves, and inform them that they will only accept a clean CR and a clean debt-ceiling extension.

I really don't want to seem heartless and seem punitive, but funding 'palatable' pet projects is only designed to assuage the larger groups and puts less of an an imperative on swift action.

Those small and less vocal groups that are not considered part of of the essential services suffer longer waits because the essentials remain untouched. I believe the full impact of all of the services that government provides is the point here. Reps want to make it all seem that gov't is not important, to lessen the impact of the shut down. Their constituency that villifies all 'entitlements' will have had their false opinions validated. Meanwhile the quiet suffering of the poor, the elderly, the ill, the children are deafening to me.

They would not be offering these bills to fund special programs if they thought the congress would pass it. They know we are not going to give in to their demands. Games.
