PARTIAL?????

Wolfie is now using the phrase "PARTIAL government shutdown".

I'm hearing the same on the radio (WCPT) and teevee (WGN). This morning WGN actually said "1/6 of the government is shutdown."

this mischaracterization is no different than FOX calling it a slimdown or whatever the hell bs they're trying to put out there.
