was so far up his ass. The health care costs were increasing 15% - 20% EVERY DAMNED YEAR for the past decade and there is little evidence that economic cycles changed that very much in the past.

And then, immediately, as soon as the ACA provision kicked in capping overheads at 15%, the cost curve dropped to 3% and has stayed exactly at that point for three years running. And let us not forget the economy is recovering. If that asshole's theory were correct then we should see the HC cost increases at 10% now, on their way back to the "normal" 15-20%. And we are not seeing that.

Dumb ass. Where do they get these people?
