Fox anchor apologizes after Obama gaffe

Now there's some words you never expect to see together in a single sentence.

NEW YORK (AP) — A Fox News Channel anchor apologized for falsely saying that President Barack Obama had offered to pay for the operation of a museum of Muslim culture "out of his own pocket" during the government shutdown.

Fox will correct the mistake on the air this Saturday, spokeswoman Dana Klinghoffer said. Fox's policy is to correct mistakes on the same show where they are made.
