I can see the ridiculousness of the ticket for the cat, but she apparently lets her dogs run free in the park in violation of the leash law...she sounds like a troublemaker...

She was warned she needed to put her animals on a leash. She chose to break the law.

Thanks...he really is...he now has 4 sisters, 3 who were tiny kittens I found...

IDK about you, but I can't get my cat Max to walk on a leash and harness. He slips the freakin' harness!

He kept running outside so I trained him so he would realize he gets to go outside but he has to go this way...
