A Florida woman says the county was wrong to ticket her for walking her cat without a leash..

I can see the ridiculousness of the ticket for the cat, but she apparently lets her dogs run free in the park in violation of the leash law...she sounds like a troublemaker...

unleashed dog also - she deserved the fines, IMO.

IDK about you, but I can't get my cat Max to walk on a leash and harness. He slips the freakin' harness!

He kept running outside so I trained him so he would realize he gets to go outside but he has to go this way...
