Apparently, the shutdown is preventing micro brewers from bringing new brews to market

I just saw it in a story that WUSA channel 9 in DC did on other effects of the shutdown. Apparently the part of the ATF agency that approves new brews and labels not working means new brews are not going to be able to be sold.

Apparently the ATF does not know what essential means.

Will update with link if it becomes available.
