when will an agreement be made on shutdown/debt ceiling?

We need to start treating the Republicans as the criminals they are. First step needs to be for the Democrats to stop enabling them and to stand up to the tea-baggers. There needs to be a Congressional sub-committee to investigate RICO activities in support of the tea-baggers and the shut down.
