without necessary infrastructure investments, bare of anything that would be likely to provide much needed momentum for the economy (and lots of cuts that will hurt people). We essentially got the Ryan budget.

They did not get any of their fantasy requests, but on the budget itself they got an almost complete victory.
Anyhow, glad to see that the Democrats called their bluff.
