The infrastructure is so bad in the Atlanta area that every morning there is a report of

a water main break. The President has asked several times for jobs to be created repairing infrastructure. However, the righties would rather have a major infrastructure collapse than agree to do something about it.

They don' want to pay any taxes to pay for poorer areas of the city. They believe they can wall themselves off.
