Solution to fixing problems with "Obamacare"...

Simplify it.

Folks that are interested would only need to put in their name and mailing address and application could be mailed to them by US Mail if they are interested?

What is wrong with that?

weeks for delivery. I already had an account, but could not get an application processed by the internet system because of long term glitches.

Mine is due early next week. At this point, I am skeptical that they even mailed it, given the level of abject unreliability I have experienced from the system in the last 17 days.

You can get a paper application. They just can't process it. The system is too error-ridden to process a paper app.

Even with a paper application, someone has to key that data into the system. Then they need to verify income, identity, caluclate subsidies, pull back plan info and enroll people. The system cannot do any of that in its current state.

They have no contigency plan to do each step manually.
