From all I've seen her mind remains sharp and her energy level equal to the task. She will retire when she is ready.

Personally, I think Scalia should retire and make way for someone with a shred of ethics, morals, and humanity. But even for him, that is his choice.

We should elect another Democrat to the WH to ensure two progressive justices should Kennedy and Scalia retire in the next decade, and we should continue to put Democrats into the WH until they do. We need to change the conservative influence in SCOTUS because we need to get rid of CU, and it can only be done with progressives on SCOTUS.

While it would be helpful for her to retire when a liberal replacement can be assured, she has more than earned the right to retire at a time of her chosing.
