Mrs. Greenspan and Mr. Gregory flacking for Cheney's new book "Heart"

Oh, how they commiserated over the information that Cheney was much sicker than he let on prior to having his heart transplant. He soldiered on!

Anecdote: on the morning of 9/11, Cheney had a blood test that showed a potentially lethal amount of serum potassium. He waved his doctor away (who was traveling with him to Camp David) telling the doctor that they could retest the next day.

So brave!

Gregory says the book will bring new attention to heart health of future presidents.
