(39,215 posts)5. I have supported single payer for a long time but I think that it would have had just as much
trouble with the computer system as ACA. Any program that tries to integrate that number of people and that many states into the system is going to have trouble. I am trusting that they will get it fixed. In the meantime there are several other options for signing on. The more of us who use the options the better.

I hope to see Vermont lead the way in 2016 when they implement their single-payer system.
