I've been wondering what they were going to do for an encore!

And the local news outlets have figured out how to deal with this group - ignore them. Don't give them free publicity....because as the saying goes, ANY publicity is good publicity. You see members of the group skewered....they see dollar signs, as a potential donor or fellow travelor might see the broadcast. The local news also never uses their full name...using an abbreviation WBC on occassions where they cannot avoid reporting on genuinely newsworthy events concerning the group....this prevents their reporting from becoming free publicity so easily.

Several times, Alan Colmes has had them as a guest, ABC Nightline has done a feature, many years ago Fred was on Phil Donahue, and now Brand. All of these instances help propel tgem from being a local group of crackpots toa nationally known group of crackpots with national funding.
