What Howard Stern said to get fined $500K by the FCC compared to what Rush has said

Stern's comments seem tame compared to Limbaugh's filth. But then again, Limbaugh's speech was slandering and bullying a woman. I guess that's OK. *sarcasm*

seriously they fined Stern for made up words and Rush gets a pass on words most of us could sort of agree on the meaning. Makes little to no sense. BTW, I am not a fan of Stern. But, it seems like the FCC made a sport of fining him.
