Is that they embrace the Nazi/Fascism/Hitler comparison. Most rational people would take being compared to Nazis as a wake up call.

But when 3/4 of your party are also members of aryan nation, white supremacist, groups, I guess they take the Nazi label as a complement rather then an insult. That is sad.

So that's why when ever I can I call them Stalinists. Baggers, being of the Nazi mold, hate communists, and that's when they get offended.

I feel that it is a cop out in some ways. Just about every tactic the GOP uses today were used by those people. What stands out to me most is their attacks on gays in particular and how they frame the situation. They are using every tactic in the book to attack that community. When you by tone act like you want to eliminate them entirely you are getting so close to the line. Their tone and demeanor smacks of it.
