Eric Holder meet George Orwell

http://news.antiwar.com/2012/03/05/holder-assassinating-americans-legal-and-constitutional/

Speaking today at Northwestern University, Attorney General Eric Holder insisted that the president has an absolute right under the context of the “war on terror” to order the assassination of American citizens overseas .....

Which has more weight Mr Holder, the "context" of the War on Terror, or the Constitution of the US?

Insisting that such killings are “legal and constitutional,” Holder also said that President Obama’s decision to assassinate an American citizen in and of itself amounted to “due process,” and that courts are entirely unnecessary.....

So "Due Process" in the context of the War on Terror means whatever the POTUS decides it is.

So the choice is clear this election season. Who would you rather have violating the US Constitution at will more Barack Obama or the Republican Nominee?

It's not like the president swears an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. That would just be silly. It's only a piece of paper, a quaint old document. We're locked in an existential battle with evil-doers who want to destroy our beloved country, and we must trust our political and governmental leaders to use their amazing powers of discernment to identify terrorists, which they can do just by looking at someone.

Be afraid America - the enemy is among us.

Holder’s remarks are the administration's framework and policy of the so-called “war on terror.” Words intended to instill fear and panic, he declared early in his remarks that America had reached an “hour of danger.”

“We are a nation at war… there are people currently plotting to murder Americans, who reside in distant countries as well as within our own borders.”
