She was TV's Wonder Woman for which she received fame.
But in spite of being cast as a buxom heroine, she has since risen above her previous type-casting.
Read about what she's doing now at her Website. Amongst other things she is a very strong advocate for marriage equality.
Now that's a wonderful woman... Er... person.

It's for the special election to fill Ed Markey's seat when he was elected Senator. December 10, 2013. That's one more. For now.

we had another her a handful of years ago. didnt win, but i enjoyed particpating on her campaign, and had dinner with her and her husband. so, this will be exciting.

I love Wendy Davis! I stayed up very late that night to watch her stand for Women! We are going to help turn Texas Blue.

(110,159 posts)i am in a very red part of texas. (not from here, a calif, stuck for a while longer, lol). but, i know republican women that would throw their support behind davis. hopefull the x mayor of amarillo, debra mccart, for starters. just for this one race, lol, maybe. hopefully.
