ACA is 'having problems'

because republicans removed the mandate for states to set up exchanges...
states should have their own exchanges and their own websites.

notice how the states that did aren't having nearly as many problems?

I signed up the very first day here in Kentucky. It was around 8:30-9AM and it only took me between 20-30 minutes to register and pick my plan....
