Durbin-gate is becoming more interesting.
As reported here, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) said in a Facebook post that during a negotiation meeting with the President over the government shutdown, a House Republican leader told Obama I can not even stand to look at you.
Details were scant. Evidence was lacking, politicians lie all the time, but still, we cant discount the fact that its not beyond a House Republican to go right into President Obamas face with such an insult. Its happened before, or at least similar You lie! type of occurrences. Republicans have propagated fear-inducing lies suggesting that our President is a Muslim-Maoist-Socialist-Communist-Atheist-Gay dictator beholden to the Muslim brotherhood and hes from a country populated with scary black people.
So, we wanted a name and this one popped up: Rep. Pete Sessions.

Washington (CNN) - The rude comment that might or might not have happened just isnt going away, with sources telling CNN that word of the remarks came from White House Deputy Chief of Staff Rob Nabors.

According to the sources, Nabors told the story to four Senate Democrats Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, New Yorks Chuck Schumer, Washingtons Patty Murray, and Durbin on October 15, near the end of the shutdown.
Reid then told the story to the entire Senate Democratic caucus, identifying the Republican in question as Texas Rep. Pete Sessions.
