Anyone else try the "Chat" function on the Marketplace site?

Even that's a mess! I've tried it a couple of times and it's pretty useless. Tonight it was even worse than before. One agent ended the chat before I was even through. Then another one came on who couldn't type and at one point she typed "one minute please" and 12 minutes later I couldn't help myself and I typed "What's taking you so long?" At one other point she typed "I am going to escalate your application." I did refrain from typing a response of "don't you mean expedite?"

and hate to try and figure out what customer service reps are saying

I've always had pretty good luck with the feature
