The ACA exchange in CT is working.

I have a couple of FB friends who've had some hard times recently, and who looked to the ACA. Our state's exchange site has been up since JULY, with TV ads telling people to check it out before the program went live in October. Both friends got premiums of less than $100/mo, one has a $70/mo premium with a very, very low deductible.

BTW, CT is a blue state, with a Democratic Governor and a Democratic legislature.

I actually understated it...my old friend from Florida, who just happens to have also moved to CT, posted this this morning -- one of her other "friends" tried to make a joke about her plight, being between jobs. He said "At least you can get Obamacare!" She replied...

"I did James, it is the best plan I have ever had. BCBS full coverage, $35/month, $100 deductible per yr, absolutely no copays."

Damn that Obama!
