NSA and Health Care

I'm amazed at the technical capability of the NSA that we are steadily learning about. Collecting and processing the huge amounts of data that they do is incredible (from a technical, not ethical standpoint). I'm also disappointed by the initial functionality of the healthcare.gov site.

Here is my proposal, pull the NSA developers off of their spy jobs and have them help fix healthcare.gov.
