I got finally got tired of being nice a couple of years ago when my patriotism was brought up by a couple of cousins after I pointed out some lies that Faux News told. They were very nasty about it. None of the 12 or 14 kids or the parents in that family served one second in any military branch and they all know my story. It's one of the reasons that I'm disabled.

They (my aunt and uncle) live in a house that the government helped them buy back in the '70's, the husband bragged, when he got drunk, about how his wife didn't have to work because of the income tax credits and the government help they received.

They all turned out as wing nutty as their parents and can't see the hypocrisy of their current beliefs compared to what government programs that they had the advantage of while growing up.

It's Faux News and right wing radio 24/7 and they (SURPRISE!) hate President Obama.

But not because he's black.

No...No...No...

So to hell with them.

They think that they can talk to people that they disagree with any way they want then get on their high horse when someone tells them how wrong they are and provide proof and facts.

That's when the personal attacks begin.

Every teabagger I ever encountered has made it obvious they are prejudiced assholes when you talk to them for a few seconds. The Koch brothers, Glenn Beck and others know what buttons to push.

That was absolutely a Tea Bagger, and despite his weasel denial, he did indeed hock one right on the congressman's face when the House was filing in for a budget vote the T-Party didn't like. He was jeering all the reps, but the sight of a civil rights leader in the line was obviously more than he could take.

That doesn't prove all 'Baggers are racist, but all the ones I personally know are. January 2008 really brought it to the surface, and friends whom I never suspected let it be known to me how they feel about African Americans on that date.
