A silver lining in the news blitz on the ACA foul-up...

I agree with those who think MSM is making up to the GOPers to balance the all-hallowed dichotemy since the coup-Lite. But as time goes on, the sign-up will only get better, and feed-back from new enrollees will only be more positive. And hopefully MSM will report it, in the name if the Almighty Dichotemy. I believe we will have a few million enrolled by December. Further, the deadline can be set back as well, esp. when MSM chases off in another direction.

has said anything halfway reasonable about a plan of action to make this work. Until today we've been treated to nothing but BS happy talk from people who wouldn't know a compiler from an exception toss.

Mind you, it is still a bunch of double talk --- with claims like only 3 of 10 could get through the process. Yeah, those three were on state-run exchanges. But a late November plan should be manageable. there are still dozens of things that work horribly or don't work at all, but with a concentrated effort, it clearly can be in much better shape in 4 weeks.

And even today, if a person is just looking for the cheapest policy available and doesn't want to look into details such as the provider network, they should be able to complete an application if they are willing to have a go at it 3 or 4 days in a row, probably late at night. For a person who has never carried any insurance, this is a big step forward, even if they don't make an ideal choice the first year.
