Netflix Becomes 30th Advertiser To Drop Limbaugh

Spotted your tweets and wanted to let you know that Netflix has not purchased and does not purchase advertising on the Rush Limbaugh show. We do buy network radio advertising and have confirmed that two Netflix spots were picked up in error as part of local news breaks during the Rush Limbaugh show. We have instructed our advertising agency to make sure that this error will not happen again.

I didn't want to kick them to the curb. Looks like Limbaugh's becoming the skunk at the picnic; everyone's running from him.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving skunk.

That's gotta sting. I'm placing an order with Vitacost tonite. Maybe I can pick him up some aspirin or something. Once he feels better, he can watch a movie from Netflix.

Mentioned how disgusted I was that they had any affiliation with Rush Limbaugh...

Glad to hear they have made a statement. Even if they were never an "official" sponsor, its great to get as many companies on record saying this isnt okay and not wanting to be affiliated with Rush Limbaugh. Will make them think twice of ever doing anything with him either....

It was such a pain to have to return films to the (Blockbuster) store about 10 blocks away, especially in the winter.
