Ok thats it I'm completely done with Morning Joe

Last edited Mon Oct 28, 2013, 11:40 AM - Edit history (1)

I refuse to watch that program anymore. joe blow just called former President Clinton a liar. This mornings program has darth vader hawking it's book "if I had a heart I might have cared but I don't and didn't so go fuck your self before I shoot you." Oh wait then they have the bagger Coburn.

Talk about crap. I'll tune in at 11am for Thomas Roberts, and noon with Alex Wagner. MSNBC doesn't start getting good until later anyway. Its after 4pm they ditch the bagger sock puppets.

**edited because I am slightly dyslexic and mis-spelled liar, lair. Don't want the spell police on my back.

DU spends too much time on cable entities both good and bad in terms of supposed impact on the nation. Very few people watch those shows, but DU insists that 'all Americans get all their news from FoxNews'.
The other day a thread asked 'why is the MSM not reporting on Hannity's lies?' and I posted the fact that to do so on a real network news show, the anchor would have to start by explaining who Hannity is, because he is a niche personality unknown to most Americans.

We just need to figure out Joe meme.

But you need to keep up on these guys because they already think we can't/won't hear them. They need monitoring so we don't get blindsided. Ignoring fascists can backfire.

But I have had enough. It's one thing having a the local idiot at the table spewing his garbage being an ass to everyone by talking over them and constantly interrupting to spew more fascist lies. But no one stands up to him and calls out his bullshit.

My last straw was the whole mocking of President Clinton, saying he is rewriting history by claiming the roll out of the part d Medicare was bad like this ACA roll out. But instead of constantly complaining about it the dems back then tried to help fix the problem and educate people on how it works. You see any bagger trying to help fix the problem or educating people about the ACA? Of course not their idea of help is to make it illegal to sign people up for the ACA and threaten people and organizations that even try to help educate others about the LAW.

And I really could do without ever hearing from the dick. He is such a vile and nasty little man. And Coburn isn't much better with or without the beard he is still a bagger and all that being a bagger entails.

The Science channel has better program. Right now The Human Body: Pushing the limits is on. Much better then the dick and morning blow. The shopping network is an improvement then that pieces of crap aka morning blow.

Then comes the god awful funeral coverage, where everybody feigns sadness. I'll be re watching The Wire that week. I refuse to buy into that massive revision of history and destruction of facts. They'll pretend he was good and honest man.... I just...I can't. I just can't go through that again. Like with Reagan. It went on forever. Phony. Liars. I was so mad I got sick. Yelling at the TV.

But I also won't keep my mouth this time. I was good about raygun. I didn't say one bad thing about him for the whole week after he died. Had to bite my tongue several times that week. Of course as soon as that week was over I went back to publicly blaming the raygun for everything. Of course he deserves the blame.

But with the dick there will be no such grace period. If I hear people talking about how great he was I will tell them exactly what I think. I don't care about that "don't speak ill of the dead." It doesn't apply to the dick, he was never born he was hatched and he never lived he was part of the walking undead. A modern day version of a vampire.

Washington Post Proved Joe Scarborough Murdered Lori Klausutis

January 13, 2006

http://ts1.mm.bing.net/th?id=H.4870403909617276&pid=1.7

Media Matters busted Swift Boat Joe Scarborough for lying about a story the Washington Post never ran. Here's what Swift Boat Joe said on Scarborough Country on January 10.

This week, Dean claimed that Republicans were the only ones touched by this scandal and that Democrats were pure as the driven snow. But The Washington Post and other news outlets proved that it's Dean guilty of the snow job. Nobody is clean here, and both parties are going to pay for it in the fall.

Well if Swift Boat Joe can engage in rectal journalism and pull Washington Post stories out of his ass, so can I:

Joe Scarborough claims he's pure as the driven snow in the death of Lori Klausutis. But the Washington Post and other news outlets proved that it's Scarborough guilty of the murder.

Hey Joe - if you don't like rectal journalism don't sue me for imitating and satirizing you, just stop practicing it on your fucking TV show.

And while we're on the topic: Did you have an affair with Klausutis before or while she was on your Congressional staff? Did you murder her? If you have nothing to hide, then why do you go ballistic when anyone asks you?

that's why I changed it. If not and the dick's face appeared on it and my first reaction would have been to throw something at it. Then swat it with my shoe the way we do with roaches when the crawl out of the wood work. But my tv would be busted and the dick would still be talking. So it's probably in the best interest of my tv to avoid msnbc in the mornings.

Bill Clinton did lie. As a democrat I am ashamed that he did lie and am angry he was put in the position to have to lie but He did lie about his affair with Monica Lewinsky. You do recognize that Scarborough's job given him by the M$M is to make republicans look less extreme than they are by introducing false equivalnce and the yelling at the ref process as much as possible. His somewhat contradictionary stances are only a ruse to give him false credibility in the minds of the half awake liberals who do not realize it is all about the money and the corporatists/
You make an interesting point when you say it does not get good= ....., but you realize some of the shows are supposed to be news that we as a public need. I do not like Morning Joe either but obviously like Faux News it is more entertainment oriented than objective news. That reminds me- does your local democratic party sit around self congratulating themselves for their knowledge and moral superiority over republicans? Mind does if you let them. Talk is cheap and action is much more important. If we have answers let us get outside our comfort zone and preach in the vast wilderness of ignorance which is the result of a long standing corporatist plot.

I usually do not watch Mourning Joe as it's just not a good way to start off the day (angry). I wish MSNBC would dump the conservatives and Tea Baggers. If I turn on MSNBC, I usually wait until after Chuck Todd's show is over, as he annoys the hell out of me.

Real sanity on MSNBC doesn't start until the afternoon shows, although Thomas Roberts and Andrea Mitchell are OK (Roberts has actually been pretty good lately, but I always remember who Mitchell is married to and she loses big points for that). Alex Wagner, Tamron Hall, and Martin Bashir are good, and of course The Ed Show, Rev. Sharpton's show, etc., are great.

I don't care for Hardball, because you never know where Tweety's going to stand on issues until you watch, and I'm not a huge fan of Chris Hayes, I find him too jumpy and annoying. Love the rest of them, of course, but have to say Rachel Maddow is my favorite. Rachel is entertaining and educational. It's nice to watch her show because I think she's smarter than about 99% of the people on all of the networks.

Oct 2013

Is my favorite show! She is awesome. I never miss it. And if for some reason (mostly Fridays during hs football season) I miss it, I actually record it. It is the only show I ever record.

I like Chris Hayes, he is getting better, still has a ways to go. He was much better on UP. But his new show is growing on me.

I'm glad Ed is back to week days. Even happier that Hardball is only on once. Sometimes tweety is good. But here is what bothers me about him. Not the pimping his book, all writers do that. It's when the Ed Show got the 5pm slot and Hardball was left to only the 7pm slot. Tweety's explanation as well as the ad's msnbc aired of Tweety going on and on about himself. Like he needed to prove he was liberal enough.

I think it is easier to say which programs I try to avoid on msnbc because I like more then dislike. I won't watch morning blow anymore, can't stand toadies daily run down, (soup of the day is just not that important in the grand scheme). I could give or take Jansing and Co., totally pass on Mrs. Greenspan's show. Sick of lockup and the caught on camera stuff.

Now after I read your first post I corrected it. Maybe next time before pointing out the spelling errors for a second time you should read the original post and see if they fixed it. Because if you had done that you would see I fixed it before your last dig at my spelling.

about the roll out of Medicaid part D. Clinton was reminding people about the disastrous roll out of W's part D. It was not liked by the public at the time and the roll out was probably worse then healthcare.gov. But at the time instead of complaining just for the sake of complaining or trying to undermined a law, the democrats worked to help the public understand the law and solve many of the problems. That is when joe-blow said Clinton was lying and no one on the show even bothered to correct him. The was joe's lie.
