Has the ACA web site been slammed with bots or whatever you want to call it?

It seems like such an obvious tactic that I can't believe they wouldn't try it. I don't know what kind of servers you might have to set up with programs to generate millions of phony logins to gum things up. I haven't heard anyone suggesting there is any evidence of that but that doesn't mean it's not out there.

I remember somewhere a few months ago there was a report that there would be hackers used to keep the website from working.
