(7,638 posts)Glad his schedulers got this one right. That could have been disastrous not celebrating Halloween.

(16,993 posts)Although it looks like the President's shirt is really coral...but close enough!
I remember how I dreaded seeing pictures of Bush Jr. and his Murderess wife at White House events. They always looked so out of place, like they didn't belong. (And they didn't.) Both had a look on their faces like, "What are these peasants doing in our house?"
Thank goodness those days are over! It's nice to see the First Family and not wince!

(1,805 posts)with the pillowcase, they're usually teenage boys. What do you guys think is a good cutoff age for trick or treating? If any, lol. Damn, that music in the video was definitely haunted!
I wonder if the tea partiers are handing out Skittles? I thought about it, but most of our neighborhood is full of wingnuts and I don't feel like taking toilet paper off the tree tomorrow. Nah, they wouldn't want to celebrate a pagan holiday! They wouldn't get it anyway.
At least two houses that I can see from our window put up the American flag today. Is Halloween a national holiday? Did I miss something? Why not, it sure beats Columbus Day!
The best part of Halloween is the next day candy sales. I've got a craving for some candy corn!

(9,838 posts)are fantastic. Loved the purple man on stilts! The First Mother-In-Law appears to be enjoying herself, too. Thanks, so much folks for sharing these pictures.
Edit to add: I'm sure there are plenty of GOPpers griping about the amount of money that was spent, and the fact that "everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves during this horrible time in history!!...etc., etc., etc.,"
