The 'upper classman' in me says this is a teachable moment, but I have an unabashed desire to call this person a pejorative.
We are in an ACA discussion and I provided this quote: "If it will cost more than over 8% of your income to buy insurance, you are exempt from this mandate to purchase insurance. The CBO estimates that in 2016, there will still be 30 million people without insurance, but most of them will not be subject to the penalty."
