An accurate definition is "a fear, dislike, or hatred of gay and lesbian people; or sexual orientations outside of heterosexuality." The definition in the OP excludes lesbians, female homophobes, and is predicated on the nasty, homophobic myth that gay men are sexual predators, especially craving straight men.
