Hey Harry Reid, how's that filibuster "agreement" with the GOP working out?

Actually, didn't you have two filibuster agreements with the GOP which helped them to avoid the nuclear option?

You mean McConnell lied to your face and proceeded to take the agreement and wipe his ass with it?

Big surprise.

Republican filibuster blocks Obama appeals court nominee

WASHINGTON -- Senate Republicans blocked another of President Obama’s nominees to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the latest chapter in a long-running battle between the parties over seats on the influential court.

The 56 to 41 vote for Cornelia "Nina" Pillard, a Georgetown law professor, was shy of the 60 needed to end a Republican filibuster. One senator voted present.

Roll call list, here: http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=113&session=1&vote=00233

Collins (R-ME) and Murkowski (R-AK) voted 'yes' with the Democrats

Hatch (R-UT) voted 'present'

Not Voting: Inhofe (R-OK) and Johanns (R-NE)

Note: Reid (D-NV) changed his vote from 'yes to no' due to procedural rules so that he can bring the nomination back to the floor again in the future.
