R those "coke tracks" under Rep. Trey Radel's nose?

I saw this posted by "backcountry" on the TPM message board .... I know this
random "internets" speculation but it does look like he has been using nose candy
for sometime ..... BTW somebody else pointed out he was busted 3 weeks ago
but just came clean now as it was going to become public. (he was for drug testing
poor people who get government help too )
