Someone please refresh my memory ... I always hear "Obama never takes responsibility for anything"
and I can't recall one thing Bush ever took responsibility for (well, nothing that went wrong).
It was always (with the help of the "liberally-biased media"

It's the liberal Democrats' fault (for voting with the Republicans for the PATRIOT act)

It's some dink on the aircraft carrier's fault ("Mission Accomplished", aside from the fact that the banner style was used many times before AND after that event)
It's Nancy Pelosi's fault
It's Clinton's fault (2nd recession - because the Republican-controlled House and Senate passed a bill that Clinton was forced to sign)
It's not my fault! (gas prices being high, aside from the fact that he was an oil man)
What else was never his fault, always someone else's?
I can't find anything for which he took responsibility ...

(Casey Sheehan ... to acknowledge the fact that she's STILL protesting the wars, and angry at Obama, would mean that the "liberally-biased media" would have to acknowledge that George W. Bush was President 1/20/2001-1/20-2009, instead of just an oddly-amusing guest on "The Tonight Show"
