People hours and any money spent to collect and transmit. Do they deduct anything more? Who knows? Who would be able to check? I never contribute that way.

I go to the Goodwill a lot and they are always asking to round up. There is no official name of any charity, just training of various groups of people Goodwills are privately owned franchises that are allowed to pay their workers less if they have certain difficulties.
Grocery stores and some retailers are doing it too.
Guess I prefer to choose my own places to donate.
