Abusive, controlling cop murders (imo) girlfriend after she breaks up with him, it's ruled a suicide, he's coddled by all his higher-ups and is back on the force.
I believe you can view it here: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/death-in-st-augustine/

(40,168 posts)not surprising. The Blue Wall is thicker than ever. The experts really debunked the idea that that woman killed herself.
Maybe that airing will open some eyes down there.

(59,587 posts)His gun, but only Michelle's DNA on it, none of his.
She grabbed the gun out of his retention holster and shot herself with it.
Oh, yes, obviously a suicide.

(5,909 posts)It's his own gun but his DNA isn't on it, obviously the gun has been cleaned. They said if she fired that gun the way police said she would have cuts on her hand from the part of the gun that recoils back. She didn't have those cuts so she didn't fire the gun. The gun recoils backwards not forwards like the police tried to say so the cut on her eye didn't happen as they say either. It is a burn in my opinion. As they wrestled for the gun it fired the first time. Then when he put the gun to her head as they struggled it hit her eye( it's a burn and a cut from the barrel in my opinion) then he chocked her as she open her mouth struggling for air he shot her. The cops knew it was a murder but chose to cover it up so their force didn't look bad. Police will always protect other Police no matter how bad the crime is they commit.

(2 posts)No way she killed herself, I'm no expert but you just need a little common sense to know that this was not a suicide. no blood on the gun or her hands?
