Philly Leads Big Cities in Bicycle Commuting

Members of the Mayor’s Office of Transportation and Utilities took a deeper look at recent Census numbers and have concluded: Philly leads the nation’s biggest cities in bicycle commuting!

I worked in Center City Philly for a number of years up until 2005. Having not had too many occasions to go into town during commuting hours since then, until a recent visit, I was gobsmacked at how much more bike friendly it has become.
