This happened in May of 2009 and we are just now learning of this? The action to adjudicate him on these charges is happening almost 5 years later?

Either we are simply incapable of conducting a justice system or something is wrong. In most civilized countries (and they include protections and defense for the accused), cases are brought forward within a year unless there are extenuating circumstances.

I want this man to get a fair trial but it sounds as if the legal system is either drawing this out or hoping the outrage of his actions will lean toward an acquittal.

If he is indeed guilty of these crimes I suggest he is punished to clean the toilets of the Obamas for the next 10 years.

This will demonstrate to him that he is no better than they are and in fact their dooo-dooo requires his personal attention.
