Anyone know of any bank (or other legal) signature

that allows for 'block printing' rather than cursive? I've noticed that a lot of states will no longer teach cursive writing.
I've always thought that a valid signature (bank, checks, all legal documents, etc.) had to be cursive.
Have you heard if this will become a problem?

Make your Mark, whatever it is.

I agree that removing teaching cursive is another loss for the culture.

Cursive began as a means to communicate more easily in an age of quills and fountain pens. We have better writing utensils now, so we don't need to use cursive to approximate the letters of the alphabet. And with practice, one is as fast as the other.
