If you are a gamer you will understand this analogy

No one remembers or laments about the constant crashing and long server queues of World of Warcraft the first three months it was unveiled. It is no different with the healthcare.gov website which is starting to work now that the kinks have been worked out. Within a year or so no one will remember the lamenting or gnashing of teeth that we have experienced and observed the last two months or so.

Don't let it rattle your or bother you as there is light at the end of the tunnel. Just be patient.

I get your analogy, but be careful how and where you use it. There are counterexamples.

As a long time gamer, I've been through some insane starts People no longer have any patience, but also their attention span isn't more then a few minutes. So they get enraged quickly and forget about it pretty quick.

with my dwarf friend. Or in this case, get insurance...

Actually a more proper analogy for this are the very early months of Amazon.com

It is a commercial site, to the same level of service and fulfillment.
