Those who are chronologically gifted, do you find it helpful to rest your tired eyes

on long trips?

Thanksgiving Day, the sun was very bright, and I spent about 7 hours travelling. I only drove half that distance.

But as I drove home during the last two hours of my trip, my eyes were so tired....

I wonder if any of you find it helpful to stop somewhere and rest your eyes for maybe 10 minutes? Any other
helpful hints will be appreciated.

I wore them most of the trip, though.
