oblivious to the traffic as she text away ignoring a car trying to switch lanes that nearly hit me. I'm getting too old for this madness.
Texting or on the phone - I'm betting one or the other.

they just don't like making official statements until they are 100% sure...

FWIW I still don't think there was an official cause named in that Canada train collision from a few months back...
