Anyone else remember the Rush Limbaugh Club Gitmo T-Shirt line?

I do. And it wasn't one t-shirt one time. It was a whole line of t-shirts. And Rush would post picture after picture of whole squads proudly wearing the shirts until the civilian hue-and-cry forced that to stop.

Of course AFN's selection of Limbaugh as one of a handful of talk radio shows would never, ever be confused by anyone in uniform as an endorsement of Limbaugh's hate-filled views.

Republicans are understandably disappointed and hurt by Democrats failing to agree with them on a few issues, we need to do better. If we undo more of Bush's actions then they'll feel like they can never trust us.

although I seem to remember there was considerable debate whether those proudly wearing the t-shirts were in Iraq or were stateside at the time.

could have gone to the closest limbaugh station.

or got their university sports off those stations. how does it not make torture acceptable that the station that broadcasts the uni sports is also selling glub gitmo t-shirts and coffee mugs? i recently heard a station ID on the car radio that went: 850 KOA- home of the Buffs and Rush Limbaugh!"

i wonder how many students pissed off at obama on torture go to universities like the 76 on this list:

Universities for Rush Limbaugh

here's a petition re UNC:
