I have not heard 1 politician, Democrat, or Republican call into question where the fuck 8.5 TRILLION dollars are that went to the Pentagon over the last 15 years that they can't account for.
That is over 500 Billion dollars a year folks, and they're talking cutting Social Security, and Food Stamps? Give me a break.

I'm not naïve -- some of that money went to projects and ops we're not talking about. A lot more of it is in defense contractor's pockets.

Obama - "An essential promise of my campaign was to change the tax code, which was too skewed towards the wealthy at the expense of working, middle class Americans. Tonight, we've done that."

So making the majority of the Bush tax cuts permanent, to the great benefit of the rich, changes the skewing of the tax code. Pure, unadulterated bullsh*t.

But, of course, never called out by the press of either the left or the right, both of which are loaded with people busy counting their permanent tax cut dollars.
