You know why I loathe republicans more than anything?

Because they are all over the internet condemning President Obama for apologizing for the actions of the US soldier that went on a killing spree.

Seriously???? Do they really think the children in the US are better than other children in other countries? And that it's okay if children in Afghanistan are killed? Or for that matter - that children all over the world are starving?
How very Christian of them.

Do they really want the President of the United States to act like Karzai?

Do they really think it's okay if we are the terrorists?

I am just waiting for one of the gop clowns that are running for President to condemn President Obama for this apology.

These people are heartless. And brainless.

I am biting my tongue here.......

As they have spent 3-1/2 years ridiculing his every move coupled with their reaction would have been to start another war, their comments have no significance excetp to fill the right wing air waves.

Republicans ALWAYS see themselves as the victim, and that view colors everything they do.
Nothing is their fault or responsibility, and anything they do is justified by how they have been "victimized" in the past.

Is it crazy? Hell yes, but there is no framework to understand them without this victim mentality. Conservatives are locked in a cycle of fear and revenge that paralyzes understanding or empathy.

Its actually sad, but not nearly as sad as the damage they cause.

minorities, and LGBTs.

I'm pretty sure they are okay with "us" being the terrorists, since many of them would be if there weren't those pesky things like laws getting in the way.

How many times have you heard one shouting on the radio or the television that liberals should be killed?

There are so many things to loathe the Gopps for...but if I had to choose I would say I guess it's their 'father knows best' attitude. They somehow believe they have the divine right to lord it over the rest of us and tell us what directions our lives need to go in. In fact this is just the corrupting influence of wealth and power. When you have wealth you have power. Soon power becomes not enough and you begin to crave complete control...
